CN Centre parking lot - Registration begins at 9AM
· Part of a national fundraiser bringing together thousands of Canadians across the country riding their bikes to break the stigma around mental health and raising money in support of mental wellness within their respective communities
· Bike ride, health and wellness booths, a kid's zone, bike safety checks and bike tune-ups, helmet safety and checks, lunch by donation sponsored by Two Rivers Catering
· Prince George CMHA is celebrating its 52 years of operation and is proud to provide services to and for those individuals and families struggling with mental illness and seeking to improve their mental wellness
· PGCMHA provides life skills and vocational support services for those with severe and persistent mental illness; Bounce Back program for adults with mild to moderate depression and anxiety; a Peer Support program; a Housing Outreach program; and also manages 19 apartments and a 5 person group home as well as providing numerous educational opportunities for individuals and groups wanting to improve their knowledge and skills in achieving and maintaining mental wellness
· Proceeds of the funds from Ride Don't Hide are earmarked to provide education services in Prince George through the delivery of Living Life to the Full and Mental Health First Aid
