Hey its Prize Girl Ana!
I Am covering for Levi this weekend so I have a ton of fun stuff to talk about. Today I went to Wood Wheaton for the prince George Hospice Society BBQ + Show N’ Shine. There was so amy sweet corvettes as well as a absolutely mouth watering BBQ! The BBQ was a charity BBQ with all proceeds going to the Hospice Society. The weather was not so great outside today but that did not stop people in our community from coming down and enjoying a burger while looking at some cool corvettes. I then Headed on down to the Prince George Public Library to watch a family friendly movie. The movie was called “Queen Katwe” and was put on the big screen at the Public Library from 1-3pm today. The movie was for ages 5-9 and family of course. I got to watch the beginning of the movie but then the fun of course couldn’t stop there, so I had to head on back to the awesome BBQ at Wood Wheaton! At the BBQ I met Donna who works for the Prince George Hospice Society and she hooked me up with a delicious burger. Donna was at the BBQ all day today handing out the buns while volunteers, who were in highschool, made the burgers and stood in the rain without any complaints to help towards the Hospice Society…. WOW thats amazing! I then Headed on over to the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena to watch the Spruce Kings training camp kick off . I got to watch 2-4pm today Red vs Blue and they were working harder than ever. All events are open to the public so we can all get a good look at the new players development . To watch the games at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena check out the Spruce Kings website http://www.sprucekings.bc.ca !Be sure to check out our Spruce Kings 🙂
Sincerely,
Ana Trujillo
