The Railway and Forestry Museum brought a friend for all to see today!
It was Friends of Thomas day, celebrated all things Thomas the Train, where families could take part in countless activities. Activities included taking pictures with toy trains, climbing inside the historical train carriages, arts/crafts tables, puzzles and they even got to take home a Railway Passport as a souvenir!
There was of course the opportunity to ride the mini train around the park. That’s where I ran into The Drive’s Darren Coogan and his family enjoying the train ride and everything offered at the Museum!
A pancake breakfast was offered earlier on in the day, followed by a bbq lunch throughout the afternoon, and also an opportunity to watch a Thomas the Train film!
The weather held up nicely for countless families to enjoy all the festivities of Friends of Thomas Days!
