As I checked out all the booths, which were oddly quiet from the lack of athletes, I noticed something besides the smell of the food trucks. There was a lot of locals, which was super cool to see. One of the not locals was the great people at the Tumbler Ridge Booth who where kind enough to let me scribe for bones, and a sea shell with their fancy grinding tool. I don’t know if I could do that as a day job though it would take forever to get something out of the ground. But that kind of dedication and patience is need in that line of work. Its also need in the food truck lines, but oh Curb Your Appetite smelled amazing. I will definitely check out that truck again next I’m at the Athletes Village
