It was a pretty slow weekend, I must say. But that’s okay! Prince George is a pretty easy place to keep busy. Tis’ the season for craft fairs to make sure to keep your eyes peeled for all the fairs coming up including the studio fair at the Civic Centre in November.
Lots of things are in the works for the next little while. Vilma from the midday show on 101.3 The River are co-hosting the big halloween party, Menagerie at the Two Rivers Art Gallery next Saturday. The theme for this year is “Banished to the Bayou” so if you have any ideas make sure to send them our way!
I’ll also be handing out some goodies on Halloween morning bright and early so make sure to keep your eyes peeled on Social Media for where I am!
The Storybook Wedding Expo is also coming to the Civic Centre next Sunday and I’ll be modeling dressing on the runway which should be lots of fun. It’s only $25 per person and that gives you access to over seventy vendors! It’s literally everything you’ll ever need to plan your special day all in one convenient place.
And if that weren’t enough I’ll also be hosting CNIB’s Dining in the Dark which is now officially sold out!
Lot’s to come in the future which is why sometimes a slow weekend is a good weekend.
As always, make sure to keep an eye out for me while at events and if you’d like some ideas of what to do, the Funchaser website is always a great place to start.
