Today The Exploration Place will be holding their very first Way Late Play Date, a 19+ event that will let adults be a kid again!
They have some very interesting exhibits on display for this evening’s outing. That includes their Keva Planks exhibit, and what they are described to me as is the opposite of lego. Reason being is that the planks are the same shape, the same size, the same structure, yet you are able to build very complex displays with them. I look forward to trying out this exhibit tonight!
The other exhibit I had the chance to preview was one that revolved around food and our waste system. Joining me tonight is my friend, and one of our CKPG cameramen, Julien to visit the Way Late Play Date and he is the one that instilled a recycling program for our building so I know he will be quite interested to delve into these displays!
The night will be accompanied by a licensed bar, as well as appetizers courtesy of the Oakroom Grill!
If you don’t have your ticket yet for this inaugural event, that’s totally cool, you can show up and buy a ticket at the door!
