All the hard work, and hours put into organizing this amazing event all led up to today, the first ever Sugar And Spice Soiree at the Civic Centre!
Angel from Angel’s Aerial fitness was running around like crazy putting all the pieces together this morning, but she kept a positive attitude and a smiling face throughout!
There was a happy room of vendors on display, with plenty of things to present for the attendees. some of the vendors including MP Makeup Artistry, Mary Kay, Thirty-One Gifts, Van Horlicks, just to name a few.
One of my favourite set ups today was one you may not expect, and that was NG Collars. Today was set up to be a self spoiling type event, but sometimes you have to spoil those around you, and that includes your pets! Nicole makes all of her own products, and she is constantly releasing new things! Last winter I saw her at the Kelly Road craft fair and loved her products, but the fan inside me had to ask about Blue Jays gear for pets. At that time she didn’t have any, this year, she brought out the most amazing blue jays dog accessories and I guarantee I will be getting in contact with her very soon about ordering my own!
There were also workshops throughout the day that included beginner hip hop class, body painting, makeup confidence, and much more to be offered within the room throughout the day!
Cheers to a successful first year of holding the Sugar and Spice Soiree and here’s to looking at a bigger better second year for the event next year!
